1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving your item.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Perishable goods
- Items on final clearance/sale
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer support at support@buyoplex.store with your order details.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
3. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@buyoplex.store.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product. We will offer a replacement or full refund in such cases.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
